Suffer suffer

I realize like half a year ago....my weekly after work schedule is something like below:

Monday - Swimming
Tuesday - Badminton
Wednesday - Sometimes badminton, sometimes rock climb, sometimes up-hill running
Thursday - Badminton
Friday - Rock climb
Saturday - Badminton
Sunday - Tidur...hehehehehe

Those days.....really fit. Everysday wake up feel very energized and ready to seize the day. Walk up stairs for 10 stories also won't lose my breath...in fact consider just warm up.

The lately I kinda review my weekly after work schedule...its sadly looks like below:

Monday - Lepak at home
Tuesday - Lepak at home
Wednesday - Lepak at home
Thursday - Lepak at home
Friday - Lepak at home
Saturday - Lepak at home
Sunday - Lepak at home

Every morning wake up feeling lethargic....not energized n lazy to seize the day also. Walk stairs for 10 stories also wanna putus breath d...so dangerous. Panjat Gunung Tahan also damm un-fit d....so slow.

I also dunno why suddenly in few months time....I din do so many of my sports activities d. Part of the reason I can think of are:

- Kerja d so not much time.
- Always rain...so susah for me.
- Got distrated...kekekekeke.
- Pure laziness...heheheh

Yest I make a point to go for badminton.....this is one sport I don't want my skill to get anymore worst. I used to train with a bunch of friends....though all of us stop training for quite sometime d. However few of them still play badminton actively...and their level now is just so high. When I see this, I am so sad....how come my level din reach thiers...instead becoming bad now. I make a vow that I will continue to imporve myself in badminton...at least get myself back to the level I used to be....ganbate.

Today....suffering the consequences of yest badminton. Push too much d...now "bahu" very sakit....sad sad. Also lower back too sakit...sad sad.

hiahzzzz...apa dah jadi sama ku...... :(
